The Project

Client: Caroline Langdon is the founder of Impact Media House, a social media agency helping brands and business owners build sustainable growth.

Deliverables: 6-page website copy including a homepage, about page, three core offer pages, and a services page

When Caroline reached out to me about website copy, she already had strong offers, and an established brand voice and audience, but felt overwhelmed by the idea of writing her own website and sales copy. She wanted to elevate her existing Stan Store copy into a conversion-focused website that reflected the maturity and credibility of her agency.

Key Challenges:

  • Aligning her website voice with her fun, relatable, conversational social presence

  • Rewriting existing copy without losing credibility or authority

  • Turning informal offer pages into structured, conversion-focused sales pages

My Role & Responsibilities

For this project, I was brought in to lead the website copy overhaul. I focused on three things:

  • Grounding the copy in real voice-of-customer research by reaching out directly to Caroline’s past clients and using their exact words

  • Preserving Caroline’s established brand voice while refining structure, clarity, and flow

  • Structuring and positioning multiple offers so buyers could easily self-select the best fit

I wrote:

  • A homepage that captured Caroline’s voice while being strategically structured to sell

  • A dual-offer sales page designed to reduce buyer friction and guide clear decision-making

  • 2 sales pages for her VIP Intensive and done-for-you social media management services

  • An about page crafted to build trust, relatability, and authority

  • A services page designed to clearly present and position her full offer suite
